I know not everyone has a toddler, but for those of you who do this DIY tutorial is a great one for creative parents (or perhaps as a gift as parents of toddlers are often short on time!). It shows you how to make your own flash cards that double as blocks, using your own images and a few simple bits and pieces. It’s a great way of using up design project scraps like old image source books, photos, mags etc…. and we think Charles and Ray Eames would approve.
